Shelties have been our passion and heart for over 40 years. Our dogs are not kennel dogs, they live among us and are a big part of our daily life.
We are always searching for ways to move the dogs forward to greater health, increate detail to type and structurally sound. We have a passionate dedication to the creation of beautiful shelties. So a few purposefully bred litters a year keep
our generations of Shadow Hill South moving forward.
The Sheltie
The Shetland Sheepdog is a small, highly intelligent, alert, rough-coated, longhaired herding dog. He must be sound to work the farm and earn his confirmation championship, but agile enough to excel in agility. The outline should be so symmetrical that no part appears out of proportion to the whole. This is a hard working little dog and the most loyal and loving companion you will find anywhere.
